New patients at SMILE Dental can request an appointment online or call (239) 319-2440. Bring your ID, insurance card and medication list; arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork (or ask us to email forms ahead). We accept most major insurances and offer CareCredit® financing.

We start by listening — your history, your concerns, your goals. Nervous patients, tell us. We'll pace everything to your comfort.
A thorough exam
Digital X-rays, oral cancer screening, gum measurements, and a tooth-by-tooth assessment — usually paired with a hygiene cleaning.
A clear plan
You leave knowing exactly where you stand, what (if anything) needs attention, what it costs, and what your insurance covers.
Paperwork, minimized
New patient forms
Arrive 15 minutes early and we'll have forms ready, or call us at (239) 319-2440 and we'll email them so you can complete everything from your couch.
